"The communication with the owner was great. We did have some issues checking in not getting the floor or room number or the wifi password. The room was a bit worrying cracks in the sink the toilet not in the right space, the bed not being larger people friendly and it was hard finding basic essentials like the toaster. The room was spacious and the air con was very chilly. It was walkable distance to central and very close to queen vic. It was very easy to find groceries at the woolies around...

Key pickup was no issues, however concierge did not give the clearest directions on how to get to the designated parking spot. Would not recommend for larger vehicles as some very tight corners to get into the north end of the car park. "This apartment is exactly how it appears in the photos and is very clean. However, the check in process was very stressful. We did not receive any check in instructions despite multiple messages to the host. After finally receiving a message from the host the instructions took me to a page that you needed a login for - the host did not provide this and again did not respond to my messages.
