"Elke and Wout are lovely. They are generous, kind, and sensitive hosts. Their home is beautiful. You will be treated to big breakfasts served on lovely China with delicious homemade bread, eggs from their own chickens, homemade jams, locally made cheeses and various meats. Dinner is also fantastic and Wout does a perfect blue steak, wonderful fish dishes and his frites are fantastic! The Dining Room has a wonderful aspect. "While it’s in an industrial area - perfect for the arena nearby - it’s also extremely welcoming, comfortable and family friendly. The food (breakfast and dinner) were both standout, the room was spacious and comfortable and the staff very friendly. The whole place is very tranquil. We’ll definitely go back. "
"The property was modern and spotless, with a wide variety of vegetarian breakfast options. Its central location made travel very convenient. Staff were polite and friendly, and the rooftop bar offered great views. The rooms were exceptionally clean, though it would be nice if the bathrooms provided a bit more privacy. As the dining room was closed until the end of August, it would have been helpful to receive more nearby eatery recommendations. Sarah was very helpful on the day we checked in,"
"Fantastic location and beautiful hotel. Especially loved the rooftop terrace. The overhead shower in both rooms wasn’t acceptable though as we both had showers that didn’t work. We didn’t realise this when we first checked in as only needed to shower the next morning. It certainly wouldn’t stop us staying again though. "
"The hotel is a 18 minute walk from the Grand Place main square in Brussels. There's several stores and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful."
