They have Laundry, Restaurant, Supermarkets (normal price). "So glad I picked this hotel! Close to everything. Duomo cathedral, Academia del MichaelAngelo, lots of restaurants around the area. Walkable to Central Market, Zaza Restaurant, train station and many more. Hotel is modern, big rooms and bathroom, plenty of storage. Towel warmer is available too and daily breakfast was amazingly delicious. Water and snacks are complimentary, replenished every day. Staff are very nice. Highly recommended. Will come back if I have the chance."

"We loved the hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere had a cool vibe and just very unique and fun. The lights inside the room were awful. After being in the room for a week, we still have trouble figuring out how to turn them off and on. We asked for help from the staff and they said they had trouble with them too. It sounded like it's a common occurrence with other hotel guests too. That is our only complaint as everything else was fabulous."
