"Nice stay and close to the beach "

"To say this place is 1 star would be too generous.Turned up to front door to be greeted by 2 guests comparing bites they got from their beds and be told leave your valuables in the car as it would be safer.Your and said air conditioning but what we got was 3 open windows.Mattress was disgusting as was bathroom."

"We had been looking for last minute accommodation for kitesurfing training at Camber Sands beach. We booked for 3 nights and all was very smooth. The host was very responsive and the checkin process was very easy. The beds with linen were made up when we arrived, which was a massive positive!! Minor issue with the hot water, but fixed incredibly swiftly. The accommodation is close to the beach. All in all very good stay and we would come back."

"The actual unit was nice, and clean to my standards, which is saying something. There were several issues though: the address listed for maps actually took me to another holiday park and that gentleman had to give me directions. Listed amenities included the pool, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. When we arrived, I was informed that there was a £16 pass to use the pool, so that was out.
