"Despite reading a few negative reviews and thinking of budget this hotel delivers. Great reception area and the property especially, has spaciousness on it's side. Great for limited mobility it was right next to the harbour/arm. Staff helpful, quick, inviting and friendly. Room did need a minor uplift but looked like some of this had been actioned. Highly recommended and fantastically reasonably priced for people on a budget."
