Staff are very nice and helpful, very clean, bedding is comfortable. Some of the facilities outdated. Sound insulation not good enough, it maybe a popular problem with old buildings.

My husband and I would recommend staying at this hotel for good service and a great location in the old quarter of Hanoi. The staff were very accommodating and friendly! They have a nice infinity pool on the rooftop with a rooftop bar that serves good drinks and food. The hotel also provides complimentary coffee and a press upon leaving to remember your stay here in Vietnam which was a welcome touch. Thanks for a great stay! 🙏
