This hotel is centrally located near the serene Hoan Kiem lake , within walking distance of vibrant shopping areas, including the charming Old Quarter, making it the ideal base for exploring the city. The hotel exudes a sense of safety and security, ensuring a peaceful stay from start to finish. My suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained, offering both comfort and elegance. It felt like a true haven amidst the bustling energy of Hanoi. The breakfast buffet deserves special mention – a generous spread of delicious options that catered to every palate. Starting each day with such a delightful meal was a highlight of my stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Courteous, polite, helpful and genuinely friendly, they went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. Their warmth and professionalism left a lasting impression. In sum, The Oriental Jade Hotel is undoubtedly a first-class, five-star accommodation. That was good for 3 star hotel

This was a lovely hotel with a great staff. It is definitely in the heart of the Old Quarter so be sure you are ready to feel and hear the hustle and bustle of street vendors, visitors and life in the city. Despite the excitement and noise, the staff was courteous enough to get us a room that was away from most of the noise. Sal the sales manager and Erin were both amazingly helpful and attentive in getting us booked and situated not only into hotel but also on our tours
