"We stayed here for my husbands birthday weekend Joss welcomed us like family. The room and serivce was amazing We was made to feel so welcome. Joss had a card sent to our room for jons birthday Which was a lovely touch. The area is stunning and so quiet. "The parking situation was not ideal. No directions or signage til at the underground garage. Have to obtain password from reception to unlock padlock to pull heavy metal gate open then closed. No direct route to hotel. So you drag luggage round the main road to the front of the pub/hotel. "

The dishwasher was ineffective, dinner plates too tall to fit, so we had to hand wash dishes & there wasn’t enough washing up liquid. The fridge didn’t have any shelves and we had to stack food on the base, luckily we could chill drinks briefly in the freezer. "
