"The owners, Carol and Denis, were just fabulous! So courteous and accommodating. They welcomed us in like we were family and not guests. The location was clean and quiet and warm in a cozy way. I loved the 24/7 access to coffee, tea, and hot cocoa, the gorgeous antiques, and the hominess. Even the house itself invited you in! And the breakfast? Fantastic!! So fresh and delicious and huge! I was stuffed every morning! The only issue was the parking was a bear trying to get in and out of safely....

We were looking for something tranquil and cozy within walking distance to downtown and this hit the mark. We were just steps from a great view of the bay. "We had a wonderful night in Portland! We spent the afternoon shopping in Freeport and arrived at the apartment around 5. Very easy finding parking on the street and no trouble getting inside. The apartment is absolutely adorable! Between the colors and decorations, it just gives off this girly, cozy vibe. There were 4 of us and we all had room to sleep comfortably. Wish we could have stayed another night! "
