"Honestly would give it 6 stars if I could. In terms of a budget hotel, this was exactly what we wanted. Spacious rooms, clean, great location near a main subway line, easy access, quick check-in & check-out. As a huge bonus, it also had a washer & drier in the room! This was only an extra ~$40AUD per night than a similar hotel we stayed at in Osaka and the difference in size in particular was huge. Big recommend."

"The room is small but comfortable. There is a choice to use the washing machine and the dryer either with coins or via the app, this provided the convenience of using a credit card for payment. "Excellent communication instructions ahead of arrival and we are fully aware of what to expect with the unmanned hotel check in. The place is unclean - the elevator is fully of dust on the wall and you can smell the old dusty smell. The cleaner ladies obviously sees it everyday and choose to ignore it as it’s the exact same for the 4 nights we stayed. The bathroom has lots of water stains, several strands of hair, the sink has an oil film glare, sofa seats are covered in brown stains. The...

"The hotel is not next to but walkable to shopping areas and eateries. Although its location is not as convenient as those hotels in the Hakata Station area, it has the benefit of being quiet. The room was also very clean and well designed. The only setback being the pillows, which are very hard and thick. I had to remove the pillows before I could fall asleep. "

I Would Definitely Return!

"I stayed three times during my trip. The first and second time the rooms were pretty basic. The third time when I stayed 2 nights I had the Double Superior room which was a definite upgrade from the previous standard rooms. All rooms have a nice soaking bathtub with bath additives and a lot of amenities including coffee, tea and bottled water. The even numbered rooms have better views. The service overall at the hotel was excellent from cloak service, cashier, lobby assistance, and restaurant. The hotel is very conveniently located to the Tenjin station and convenience stores, shopping and restaurants. My flight was in the evening, so I asked for a late checkout which was just for a couple of hours at ¥2000 per hour. I would definitely stay here again! "

Great location and Helpful staff

"Great location and staff was very helpful and spoke English well. I stayed in the projector room and it was a fun and unique gimmick I haven't seen elsewhere. It essentially works like a Chromecast so you cast from your phone. I would stay there again but probably a bigger room. I was there with my partner and space was a little tight. Also the bed was a bit less comfortable than others during this trip."
