"The closeness to boat tours and restaurants was good. The staff and owners were cordial and helpful. Unfortunately their highly rated restaurant was closed on the days (Monday and Tuesday) during our stay. The morning breakfast was nice, but Woodview should offer a hot breakfast, not just for the food, but to give guest an opportunity to talk with each other."

"The manager was friendly and helpful when the hot water tap didn't get hot. He stressed it was a seasonal operation and they were shutting down at the end of October. It was a cool night 3C. The room was cold and we had to crank up the baseboard heater to full to get it warm enough. The bathroom was ice cold. Could not take a shower as the floors were too cold. Perhaps in the warmer months this property would suffice."
