"I had stayed at this location on Feb 16th for the night. The surrounding areas are a little rough which is fine. However, in the room not one single electrical outlet worked and I tried ALL OF THEM. Was unable to charge phone or do hair etc. Woke up with two bites on my face, i’m not sure if that was from the sheets or the pillows. Was extremely disappointing. "

"Loved our room , very comfortable and clean ! Complimentary coffee would be a huge bonus for weary travelers. Staff went out of their way to give us pointers where to go for dining etc. especially shout our to night concierge helped me and daughters drag in luggage while husband checked , after a very very long day and drive in from Seattle "
