"The Arctic Hotel is very conveniently located along a transit line with multiple buses, and also within walking distance (or short drive) to King Street Station, major entertainment stadiums, the waterfront, and Pike Place, etc. All of the staff are incredibly helpful and polite. "We were in town for the Apple Cup and a Mariner’s Game. East location to get in and out of. Easy walk to the stadiums, BUT all uphill on the way back just FYI. We were on the freeway side so it was a bit noisy with the traffic but not terrible. Very spacious room and the staff was very friendly. You do have to pay to park which is an extra $50/night. "

"We disembarked at 8 am and went straight to the hotel to drop off luggages before going sightseeing in Seattle. It was too early to check but they let us have an early checkin at 9 am! Amazing staff! At checkout Eugene even called a taxi for us! No hassle, location is great! We would stay again at Hyatt Olive 8 if we ever go back. "

"The property was beautiful old world style, spacious room and very clean. The bathroom could do with an upgrade, I dislike shower curtains amd would prefer a sink in the bathroom, not outside. I would also like teaspoons and milk in the room instead of timber stirrers and powder creamer. I think this would be more 5 star. On the whole a lovely hotel, good service and clean. Although they did lock us out of our room 5 minutes before we were due to check out..a little annoying. Would recommend...
