"Good value, felt safe, hotel personnel very nice. The hotel is walking distance to theaters, Times Square, MOMA, the Lincoln Center for the Met, Central Park, and wonderful restaurants. Two areas for improvement: 1) should have coffee in the lobby for early risers 2) Don’t turn off access to rooms at ten am, an hour before checkout time. "

"You can’t beat the location! The hotel was extremely busy during the Christmas break. It’s just a 2-minute walk to Times Square, a 3-minute walk to Rockefeller Center, and 15 minutes (with kids) to Central Park. We walked everywhere, and it was very convenient for our 5- and 10-year-olds. The room was very small for four people, even with two double beds, but it didn’t bother us. The staff was polite and friendly. Valet parking had a 6-hour wait, so we had to park at a nearby garage, which was slightly inconvenient. There’s a Thai restaurant across from the hotel with good food. McDonald’s is a 3-minute walk away, which is very convenient for breakfast if you don’t want to eat at the hotel."
