This hotel is centrally located near the serene Hoan Kiem lake , within walking distance of vibrant shopping areas, including the charming Old Quarter, making it the ideal base for exploring the city. The hotel exudes a sense of safety and security, ensuring a peaceful stay from start to finish. My suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained, offering both comfort and elegance. It felt like a true haven amidst the bustling energy of Hanoi. The breakfast buffet deserves special mention – a generous spread of delicious options that catered to every palate. Starting each day with such a delightful meal was a highlight of my stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Courteous, polite, helpful and genuinely friendly, they went above and beyond to make my stay perfect.
