"The only issue I had with the hotel was that I made my reservations thru Expedia and paid for my stay ahead of time. Everything being paid for ahead of time I didn’t notify the hotel that we were running late, my daughter is a Sailor in Norfolk and we were driving from South Carolina to visit her, we hadn’t seen her since graduation. We didn’t show up to the hotel until 3 am and were informed that our room had been given to someone else because we’re showed up so late, checking was at 3 pm. But...
