"The home was clean and well stocked, though the tap water has a strong sulfur smell so bring some bottled water if that would bother you. There are squirrels making a home in the eaves and will chatter territorially while you sit on the deck, but they're cute.... noisy but cute. We had hoped to be somewhere near the lake, but the close by lake front areas were privately owned so there were no lake views nor lake access for walks along the shore. Kayaks were available but the canal was uninviting...

"It was perfect. Niagra River and trail was across the street and easily accessible. We could hear the Falls from the house. We easily walked to the Niagra Falls State Park and the Falls from the Carriage House. The Carriage House is charming. It was clean. The price is great."

"The cabin was very nice, clean and had everything you needed. Bit of a problem with drowsy bees though. Had to rid around 10 of them. Not sure where they were coming from but Overall it was a lovely place!"

"I came here with my 19 yo son and our pup, and it was exactly the quiet getaway we were looking for. A two minute walk to the beach and a short ride to Buffalo - there was enough to do while still being peaceful. The next door neighbors were also very friendly."
