"Perfect overnight stop. Extremely welcoming and accommodating. A member of staff moved her car so that I had a prime spot! Very helpful staff, breakfast was great and both was too much trouble. They’d installed portable air con because it was a very warm day and night. Room was tastefully decorated and the quality of the materials (fittings, tiles etc) was high."

"We stayed for 4 nights bed and breakfast. Check in was easy and staff friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was done on request which I liked. We ate in the bar on the first night. Food was excellent. Same menu as the restaurant where we ate on the last night. There was added specials to choose from. This was our third visit to Burn Hall and we will certainly be back."

"Very helpful check in staff but parking information was incorrect as no longer had a car park. Room was very small and could have done with a deep clean as quite dusty in places. Evening meal was enjoyable but don’t like service charge being added automatically as then you feel awkward if you want to give less of have it removed. Breakfast menu was confusing and we weren’t offered the full options . We didn’t know we could have cereals or fruit so would have been good to have that as help...
