The resort is absolutely stunning, but what truly made the trip unforgettable was the incredible staff who went above and beyond in every way. Carlos , was professional, friendly, and always visible around the resort, making sure everything ran smoothly. His leadership truly shows—everything was organized, welcoming, and efficient. Terri Ann at the front desk was a delight! Her warm smile and attentive service made check-in a breeze, and she was always available to help with any questions or needs throughout our stay. She even checked in with us during the week to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. The housekeeping team kept our room spotless and always added thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. They were prompt, respectful, and consistent every day. The entertainers and dancers brought life and energy to the evenings. Their talent and enthusiasm created such a vibrant atmosphere that we looked forward to every show. It was fun, exciting, and added a special charm to our nights. Lastly, the restaurant staff deserves a standing ovation. Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and served with such genuine care. "Great service from staff..Only downfall was the food at the buffets ..Please change your ingredients and flavor of all food ..Very bland no flavor ..drinks were watery..deserts were untasteful .too much of the same options ..and consider not all people eat pork and beef ..yea there was some fish ..chicken yes ..but no turkey options for burgers or breakfast .."

"We enjoyed our stay. The villas are clean and comfy but separate from main area so you have to walk or take golf carts. Food was delicious. Pool and beach are nice with plenty of shade. some peeling paint around the pool but wtvr. The food by the pool is rice and beans and chicken or pork every day. Would be nice to change it up. Drinks were great. My kids 10&12 loved spending time at the teen club- the kids club was too babyish for them. They made friends from across the world and still keep in touch with them. The staff at the teen club were great. They played video games with them and really kept them entertained. The shows at night were good but started a bit late for my liking. I think it’s bec they had a kids show earlier. Two issues: there was no entertainment by the pool. Most resorts have a schedule of activities/games, but it was just music all day. There was ONE single game when a staff member came and threw dominoes into the pool, and teams had to gather the most to win. It was fun and they should do more things like that! The biggest issue: Certain lifeguards making passes at me asking to exchange phone numbers (I said no). I was there as a single mom with my kids and it made me feel very vulnerable and uncomfortable. I’m sure some people on vacation might like that kind of thing but it was totally unsolicited and unprofessional and I felt like I had to avoid certain areas or making eye contact. I hope someone speaks to them about this unacceptable behavior. "

"I solo traveled and spent one wonderful night at Traveler's. Check in was quick and easy, my room was nice; and dinner at the restaurant was delicious. I will definitely stay again."
