"My stay at this hotel was fantastic. I accidentally left my jacket in the room when I checked out. I was gone for a week and when I came back the staff kept my jacket for me. They were so helpful. The walk to the train station was easy as well"

"We enjoyed our night at the Novotel, the staff went over and above making us feel welcome. The room's bed's were comfortable, the harbour view was nice but the A/C didn't work and the place was a little dirty. "
