"The staff was phenomenal! Everyone was so accommodating, helpful, how light, and just a joy. It's right in the heart of the French quarter, and at the same time when you retreat to your room for the evening it is quiet. It is meticulously clean. A shout out to front desk Unique; she is such a lovely young woman, went out of her way to help us, was so incredibly sweet and thoughtful. Wish I could have brought her home with me. "Property location is one block from Bourbon Street. Felt safe, even walking at night as there are alot of polic patrolling. Our room wasnthe "accessibility" room. One window looks onto the roof. New carpet and clean. Hallway carpets are old, dirty and need replacing. Room cleaning service was good. This room is also beside thr custodial cleaning ahoot."
