"Surprisingly excellent stay. Right in the South Terminal with access to restaurants etc. We were going to go into Horley for dinner but decided against it in the end. Very quiet despite being at the airport. We were in a family room. 5 of us. It was huge. 4 beds including the sofa bed and 2 showers. Perfect de-stressing to an early morning flight. Only thing to be aware of is it's a BIG hotel. Takes a good 5 minutes to walk around to the room. "

"Very comfortable and quiet nights sleep ahead of flight next morning. Stayed in room until 1 hr before departure. Only hiccup was the tv stopped working but this was just before check out. Would like to see usb ports for charging mobile as I don’t carry a plug "

"Their check in process is so easy! You can do it yourself through self-service machines they have in the lobby. If you get stuck, the personnel is prompt and kind to offer assistance. The location is amazing with public transportation right in front of the hotel. The food was pretty good and not outrageously pricy for a hotel. If I get another chance to go to London, I'm definitely staying there again."
