"Our family of 5 spent a glorious week checking out Puerto Morelos. The town is a about an hour walk from the villa via beach. We rented a car and had no problems navigating our way to town despite the main road being closed due to flooding. The house is absolutely amazing and the grounds were immaculate. We hope to return! "

Living area provided comfort, kitchen outfitted with everything we needed, bedrooms/private baths were very accommodating, and Host receives the most praise. Miriam even suggested great restaurants within walking distance.The stairs were a little challenging for walking challenges but I found it was worth it…Views incredible!!!"

"We are a group of 26 family members. This house was wonderful - all of us fit so easily. Two large group rooms with big kitchens: we used one as the bar area and the other as the food area. the pool is beautiful, but not very warm. Unfortunately, when we were there the hot tub was not working. Maureen, the property manager is great and helped us with alternatives. We would return! "

"Great studio for those looking to a little oasis in Cozumel. The pool and outdoor area were great places to cool off during the day or cook up something on the grill. I was remote working during my stay and only a couple internet issues typical of the network in Cozumel. This place is outside of the touristy area, so great for a long term visit and close to Sams and 65th for shops. That said access to a car is helpful if you want to get to the beach clubs or ferry.
