"Stunning hotel tram and buses only 3mins walk and next to Haga Christmas market. The hotel should have space available for guest to dine at the main restaurant and Spa access should be free only pay for robes. Overall amazing hotel would definitely stay here again. "

"We stayed here for a night since we live 2 hours from Liseberg. It was a perfect hotel for a Liseberg Visit - a VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY hotel, with lots of fun stuff for kids in the lobby areas, nice places to eat, and a fabulous breakfast buffet! We will definitely stay here again in the future! "

"The staff and front desk personell were excellent all around. Everyone was kind, helpful, and offered advice on various questions any tourists would have…with a smile. Our room was clean and perfect, entertainment options were nice, and the daily included breakfast…the biggest selection we have ever seen and the food quality was outstanding. "

"The hotel reception, rooms and breakfast/restaurant area were superb. In the Spa, one sauna was out of order unfortunately. Also with the spa, it's not clear at first but the use of the Spa is not included, you must pay £15 per person, for 2 hours use. The location of the hotel is a quiet, fairly boring area, but you can get transport easily into a more enjoyable area. The hotel staff were not the most polite nor knowledgeable but they did ok. Despite some of the negatives, I would book again...

"What a lovely hotel. Strongly recommended stay and please do try the excellent bar!! If you’re driving, set your destination to Nordstan mall where the paid parking is. Else you may end up like us, and being chased by trams! On parking - it is paid, which we were not expecting from our discussions with hotel staff. Presuming we misunderstood and expected it to be covered by the hotel. "
