The owner did not answer the phone besides the fact that the Google map was sending me outside of Havana So we have to book someelsesomewhere else Since I was to stay more days , I tried to change the reservation for the next day so he said it was ok.. Once again the owner did not answer the phone. And when so , he told me , that I will have to pay full price. I demand you; Expedia to credit back what I did pay to this rude scammer,, Happy you kept your commission, and please forbid this jerk for promoting his scam with you tks

Everything was just great and Fe is an excellent host. Good beds, tasty breakfast. Easy walking to most important sights and historic Havana Vieja. I will always come back to this casa when travelling to Havana!

I really enjoy my stay at the San Nicolas 215. The accomodation is cosy and comfortable and you can reach mostly all the famous and interesting places by feet. Also the owner is nice lady and helps by all things you need.

Calida estadia y una excelente host
Viajamos en pareja y nos quedamos en esta casa durante la ultima parte de nuestro viaje en Cuba lo cual fue una lastima porque nos hubiese encantado poder tener unos dias mas en casa de Fe! Fue una estadia muy amena, Fe es una señora que te hace sentir bienvenido y que está realmente feliz de tenerte en su casa, un apartamento muy lindo e impecable en terminos de limpieza. El desayuno fue el mejor que tuvimos en La Habana, incluso llevaba un delicioso batido de guayaba hecho por Fe. Adicional nos ayudo organizando nuestro transporte hacia el aeropuerto a horas muy tempranas. Nos fuimos muy contentos de haber podido experimentar tal calides por parte de ella, no dudariamos en regresar a esta casa si nuestros viajes nos llevan a la Habana nuevamente.

Séjour de 5 jours à La Havane
Avant d'arriver à la Havane j'avais reçu un message me déconseillant de changer de l'argent à l'aéroport car le change n'est pas du tout intéressant.Bien m'en a pris. L'accueil a été parfait ; la chambre spacieuse comportait un lit rond double très confortable et des meubles de rangement; la salle de bains était également spacieuse avec une grande douche. Le petit déjeûner facturé 5 € était très satisfaisant, le diner que j'ai pris deux fois facturé 10 € également. L'hotesse m'a prêté une carte SIM me permettant de bénéficier d'internet partout à l'exterieur ; le quartier apparait un peu triste lorsque l'on arrive de nuit mais en réalité de jour il s'agit d'un quartier sûr, vivant avec la rue piétonne menant au vieux Havane pas trés loin et la casa de musica à 150 metres pour les amateurs de musique et de salsa.alors que le vieux Havane trés touristique est désert le soir.

Quartier populaire mais aucun problème de sécurité .vous êtes dans le vrai Cuba. La personne qui gère la location est très sympathique , elle m'a bien aidé pour obtenir une carte SIM , le petit déj est plutôt sympa. Bien sûr comme partout a Cuba le wifi est un élément décoratif... Je recommande

Qué puedo decir aparte de que realmente me gustó la tarifa. el desayuno/cena estuvo delicioso. y fee siempre tiene un oído abierto es muy útil y siempre tiene una sonrisa en su rostro. vendré allí de nuevo. mi corazon esta en La Habana casa del a musica está a la vuelta de la esquina... malecón y hay mucha privacidad en el apartamento del 1er piso. la sala de estar es excelente, así como el balcón. Se valora la seguridad. sin extraños en la casa

Fe ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, herzlich und unaufdringlich. Die Casa ist neu renoviert und wirklich schön! Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist phantastisch zentral und man kommt fast überall zu Fuß hin. Wir hoffen, bald einmal wieder hier sein zu dürfen!
