Welcome to Papakea B102 your perfect one bedroom, one bathroom getaway that can accommodate up to 4 guests. This ground floor unit offers the convenience of easy access, parking is steps from the front door, and ocean views that will enchant you from the moment you arrive.

Step into the open concept space, where you'll find a newly installed 55" smart TV in the living room, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the island. For your comfort there's a window A/C to keep you cool, along with ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. There is also a comfortable sofa bed that folds out into a queen bed to accommodate additional guests.

The fully equipped kitchen provides all of the essentials, and more, for your culinary adventures. All kitchen and bathroom cabinets have been recently refreshed with new paint and updated pulls. The entire unit has a bright, clean, relaxing, and comfortable feeling.

In the bedroom, you'll find a luxurious California King bed ensuring a restful night's sleep. There is also an additional 32" smart TV in the bedroom. The bathroom is thoughtfully designed with plenty of vanity storage space and a stand-up shower and a mini bathtub.

From your private lanai or the comfort of your couch, you can relax, unwind and enjoy the captivating sunset ocean views. At sunset nightly the torches are lit and you can enjoy a tranquil evening surrounded by lush gardens. The lanai is also an ideal spot to sip your morning coffee.

Along with all of the usual amenities, there are extra amenities you may not find elsewhere. For example; There is a Keurig coffee maker along with a traditional coffee maker, an air popcorn maker, a crockpot, putters and golf balls are provided in room for the putting green, a fold up portable crib is available. Also, there is a boogie board, snorkeling equipment and other miscellaneous beach items, if needed.

You'll find this unit is located in a prime location within the resort. Not only is parking steps from your front door but, being a ground floor unit, you can walk out steps from your lanai to a well-maintained 12 hole putting green, and a few steps more to one of the two swimming pools, one of the two large hot tubs and 6 of the 12 BBQ grills available. Just outside the pool area is shuffleboard and the ocean is just past a small grass area with lounge chairs.

Please note: Papakea charges a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30 day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wifi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival.

Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed. We provide: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. One beach chair and beach towel is provided for each guest, plus a cooler for your stay. Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests.

This condo is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.

Effective August 15th, 2024 through October 1st, 2024 the B building at Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. There will be additional noise from surrounding work on Building B through September 13, 2024. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
