"Great spacious rooms, and friendly staff "

"Our stay was great, we had the family room which offered a ton of space. It was a tiny bit outdated but nothing huge for us. It was also just REALLY hot. Like in the lobby and common areas, we would profusely sweat. One other odd thing that we encountered was when trying to go down the stairs, they were blocked with tables for a conference I think which is definitely a huge fire hazard. It still was a nice stay and we would definitely come back. "

"Great New York experience!!! Everyone employed at hotel and restaurants in hotel were just amazing!! So very nice, friendly & accommodating. The location is perfect, easy walking distance to Macys, Madison Square Garden and tons more! Inside hotel room was nearly silent, so soundproof! We slept great. Parking garage less than a block that gives huge discount for hotel patrons (get ticket validated upon check out). Will absolutely be staying here on our future visits!! "
