"We loved our stay at the Mitsis Laguna. The facilities are great and the food and drink options are fantastic. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. There was only one negative point which is that the hotel let people book the a la carte restaurants before they arrive (if you book direct), meaning that when we arrived, all of the restaurants were fully booked for dinner for our entire stay! I don't think this should be allowed as the hotel is making a poor first impression for guests as you feel like you can't enjoy the restaurants on site. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and it was perfect for us, especially for the kids. The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. The best part was the many pools and the awesome water park that kept the kids busy all day. The food was great too, with lots of options and no lines, even though the hotel was full. However, there are a couple of things that could be better. The kids' play area is in the sun, so it's too hot to use during the day. It would be great if there was an air-conditioned area for kids who need a break from the pool. Also, the daily room cleaning wasn't the best. Used glasses weren't replaced, and the room didn't feel thoroughly cleaned. Despite these issues, we had a fantastic time and would love to come back."
