"My husband and I loved staying here. The staff is very nice, the concierge was very resourceful who connected us with a good taxi. The roof top pool area was my favorite along with the gym. The food was good room service was great but I got sick from the ceviche. Overall safe and clean. They have no central heater but they brought me a plug in heater. "

"It was hard to find the property at first since it does not have the name listed outside, but the man with the short hair was always very accommodating from the very start. He walked all the way to where we were so he could guide us to the building. Additionally, he would answer any questions we had regarding local places and the best ways to get there, even about local food. With that said, the rooms were very small as well as some of the common areas. Overall, the staff made it better."

"The Hotel Bristol has been in operation for 53 years, and I haven't yet found a staff person who has been here less than 20 years. This is one of those increasingly rara institutions where the owners are clearly doing something right. The hotel is nearly always close to full; and though the rooms are dated, everything is meticulously maintained, and you really feels like you're entering an extension of your own home."

"This hotel was the absolute best for our stay in Mexico City. Not only was it a safe & quiet area, but it was also close to restaurants that were within walking distance. The front staff was so helpful, they let us drop our luggage off early and kept it safe until check-in. Them having security 24 hours a day was also great for peace of mind. It also never hurts to have a Starbucks connected! Will definitely be staying here again!"

"We enjoyed our stay here especially as a family of three and needing two separate bedrooms. As others have mentioned, the cleaning could be better (there was dust all over the bed headboard and the towels had holes in them), and they could touch up the paint to make it feel less shabby. The bathroom had a hole in the wall and many areas that needed paint touch ups. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay! We loved the location! "
