"My son and I totally enjoyed staying with you for our 3 day trip to Victoria. I would totally recommend and will stay with you again on my next trip. "
"Steps from the Black Ball ferry, walking distance to restaurants and shops and the 75 bus that takes you right to Butchart Gardens. Nice restaurant, and all the rooms have a view. Will definitely stay here again. "
"The staff at the James Bay Inn was wonderful. Clean rooms and neat old world vibe.
I dropped a ring down the sink and they retrieved it for me. Over the top customer service! Thank you for the great stay.

"The bed was super comfortable, I have a difficult time usually with hotel beds, but this one was great, I slept like a rock! The food at the Blue Crab Restaurant in the hotel lobby was great as well, the Clam Chowder specifically was amazing! Overall I had a great experience at this hotel, and would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Victoria! "
"I traveled with a friend and we had the suite with the pullout sofa. The only negative is that the furniture is dated — which didn’t bother me, but seems to cause a lot of unnecessary hate in the reviews. We had a lovely balcony and could see the harbor between the buildings. It was a great place for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evenings. The hotel is close to the downtown attractions and parking is easy. There is a breakfast/lunch restaurant attached to the hotel and it was delicious and had espresso drinks.
I loved this little gem and would totally stay there again. "
