"Great staffs with nice location "

"Parked the car then we walked everywhere. Such a convenient central location. 1/2 block to inner harbour sea wall. Great restaurants nearby, Nourish and Floyd’s for breakfast, Aegir for dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful, Jill was great. The hotel does not have AC, so if it’s a hot season, ask for the north side of the building. Fans are in each room which is good. Rooms nicely appointed and comfy beds. We’ve stayed here several years ago and would do so again. "

"Overall, everything was good and my friend and I were satisfied, but the lack of a breakfast buffet is a weakness in my opinion, especially for a 5-star hotel. I have traveled to many countries and this is the first time I have not seen a breakfast buffet in a luxury hotel. However, the behaviour of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms were excellent.In addition, the quality of the food was very average and the variety was very limited, making it difficult for those with food allergies or who don't eat pork to choose."
