"Address and location of house was not correct, but we found it behind the house with our address. The VRBO address does not match the actual house location. Two coffee pots that did not work. After some convincing we were brought a new one. Five women stayed so a few more towels would have been helpful. And, no access to washer and dryer if your visit is short ( that should be noted in the description). Overall , we really enjoyed our stay and the location was great!"

"The Double Bed Futon on the listing is inaccurate since the couch does not fold out. The property itself was great and perfect for our girl's weekend to see the plays! Within walking distance to the theatres. I liked how the bathrooms had the sinks separate from the toilet and shower room. Great for friends."

"No complaints about this listing. It's a quick walk to the theaters and shops. Nice neighborhood. Very clean and well stocked. We would stay here again. I suggest the owner hire a gardener to maintain the front and back yards. The trees and bushes are overgrown and in need of water and the lawns are mostly weeds. Most neighbors here have beautiful yards so they would probably appreciate this as well."

"A short drive from Ashland House was great for 2 couples. Beds were very comfortable Talent is a cute town. Good location for visiting wineries and hiking. Very easy communication with hosts."

We really enjoyed the space, the beds were super comfy, everything was super clean, and the addition of a bunch of available indoor annd outdoor games and toys really took it up a notch! We had 2 under 2yo kiddos with us who also really seemed to enjoy the space and feel right at home! The hosts were communicative and so kind. "We rented the house during Christmas break and it was absolutely wonderful for our large family. Everyone had enough sleeping space, the house was clean, cozy, and welcoming. The view of the mountains and countryside is also a plus! Everything worked out - and the hot tub was a nice addition. The house is even stocked with toys and books for children and plenty of towels and linens. We enjoyed cooking in kitchen as well. This is a great spot! "

"Very nice rental. The house was very colorful and well-built, located a block from the Food Coop and a few blocks from downtown and the theatre district. Very quiet. The hosts were nearby but respected our privacy. The bedroom was upstairs, not an issue for us but might be if someone has trouble with stairs. We hope to stay there again!"
