"The staff was exceptional!!! They were extremely helpful and friendly. I travel a lot and I would rate the staff at this hotel the best I have ever experienced. My son and I traveled from the USA and were not familiar with the area and the reception staff went way beyond expectations to help us. The breakfast staff(2 sisters) were awesome! They were constantly replacing food and drink items as needed and always available. Wish we had this excellent service in the USA!"

"We stay there because it’s easy for us to catch a train to appointments. We have a 8 hour drive to get there. The staff are very helpful . We always stay there but it needs a bit of work done to update it . I tell a lot of people about it , "
