"Stayed here a couple of times now, both times were great both in high season and low. Comfy, safe bedrooms, amazing staff. Perfect location. Low season they were doing Reno’s on the bathroom which was annoying but easy enough to use a different floors bathroom"

"Lovely modern hotel in an excellent central location. Large suite with a big bathroom. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Could have done with a touch more decorative items but no complaints, the bed was very comfortable. Food and service was very good. Have stayed before and will again. "

"The property was excellent, however I was asked in an email if I had any requirements. I stated I needed Lactose free milk not Soy or Oat milk and also pre booked in another email for Spa on 17th at 5.30pm. No milk or booking for spa. It took 24hours before milk was supplied and I pushed to have spa on day, but no spaces"

"Room was great and had lots of space. Clean towels everyday and a little welcome gift of an Apex signature duck. Was nice to come back to the hotel after a busy day, to find mulled wine and mince pies for guests to help their selves to. The grass market area is lovely and close to most attractions. The staff were friendly and catered to our needs. I would definitely stay here again. "
