"Loved all of it! Delicious food options! Beautiful beach area, clean and cold rooms! Small boutique hotel but had everything we needed! Family oriented. Beautiful views from the Skybar! Pool area was great! Plenty of Bali beds! Great staff! Only thing I would request is that the Skybar stay open past 8 pm for adults to have an area to hang out late, with open bar and music. Since late night entertainment is not available , I think leaving the Skybar open a bit longer maybe even till 11 pm would be beneficial to the adult guests. "

"My wife and I have traveled to Cancun multiple times within the last decade and have discovered this place for the very first time. Staff is by far the best we have ever had the pleasure to be around. The customer service is amazing!! Caribbean waters were always swimming and wadeable, beach was pristine with plenty of cabanas, wait staff made sure you were catered to with refreshments and food. Pools were not over crowded and yes plenty of staff. Grounds are elegantly maintained throughout the entire resort. Restaurants and nightlife also over and beyond. Rooms are very spacious with multiple options. We went with the rooftop pool option and will try the swim out option next time. We have done mega resorts and smaller resorts and this one is just right. Finest Playa Mujeres is the very best option you can do for Staff, Resort and Cost when considering a Cancún experience!!!"

"This resort was so clean so new the check in time was very long and I had to ask about checking in because it was taking a while, we got to the hotel around 4 pm and didn’t get to the room till around 6 pm. So yes check in drags, after they give you your room, they have another person talk to you to sell you extra things and commit to other things, feels a little force and that’s one of the things I didn’t like, so be ready to say no with a firm tone! After that everything went very smooth the other thing it’s that we paid for preferred and the service at the preferred poor and preferred beach side took forever actually we didn’t even find the person to place an order at the preferred beach side, but we wanted a specific room so we were kinda forced into buying preferred. The room was fantastic and felt new. The concierge was extremely nice very attentive and the restaurants were very nice the food was very good too I highly recommend this place for couples getaway it’s perfect "

"Our first time staying at Riu Dunamar. We loved the amenities, esp the waterpark for kids. The food option was good too, nothing fancy but it was good enough for us. Eduardo at the front desk thank you for your remarkable service for helping my old parents move rooms closer to the elevator. To Sury and Eva at Isla Mujeres Dining, thank you for your superb service. Now we are curious trying out the Riu Palace hehe"
