We loved the pools and proximity tot he beach, the hammock on our balcony, the beautiful balcony table to watch the sun rise every morning, the view, the exotic feel with all the fauna. I also loved the automatic curtains. The staff was great as well as the food. Veronica was a gem.We loved our trip!"

"Great rooms and lots of options for dining. Ernesto is a really great activities coordinator. We had a large group traveling together and they were able to make space for us for activities. Dining was a challenge as large parties sitting together was hard to book. The staff overall were great. Amenities and pool areas were well maintained and had different sections for those who like quite vs those who like a little more of a lively vibe. "

"Amazing friendly staff would definitely come again! Adolfo was a friendly server during breakfast. Cony from the spa gave spectacular massages. Marco from the pool area would ensure all of our needs were met by either bringing fresh towels or moving the umbrellas to ensure some shade"

"The hotel is older but well maintained, the staff was kind and respectful. Our butlers Otikio and Santiago were amazing catering to our every need. In short the hotel is a hidden jewel. The only issue was contracting wit the travel agency for tours with the I caret group, the guide was rude and disrespectful. I would advise anyone not to use their services."
