"This hotel has a good location, just off a busy square, Plaza las Angustias in the city centre. The street it's on is titchy and closed to traffic so there is no noise (no views either) but taxis can still get there. The walk from the station is an easy 10 minutes. The other positive was the staff who were always friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable but dated, decorated in pondweed green, the hotel in general is rather shabby with stained carpets and walls. I didn't think it offered...

"This has got to be one of the worst rooms that I have ever stayed in. First, the lady at the desk was very rude. She spoke no English or French or German but still insisted on shouting in Spanish although I told her that I didn't understand. The main complaint however was how filthy the room was. Dirty and greasy. How the cleaning lady kept her job is a mystery. The walls were stained as well. The room was falling apart. AC worked but the cover was missing and it blew bits of black debris all...
