"This hotel has a good location, just off a busy square, Plaza las Angustias in the city centre. The street it's on is titchy and closed to traffic so there is no noise (no views either) but taxis can still get there. The walk from the station is an easy 10 minutes. "This has got to be one of the worst rooms that I have ever stayed in. First, the lady at the desk was very rude. She spoke no English or French or German but still insisted on shouting in Spanish although I told her that I didn't understand. The main complaint however was how filthy the room was. "We stayed here back in July and loved it, so this was a return visit. First night wasn't so good. The hotel had shut down the air conditioning for the winter season.
