"We stayed here back in July and loved it, so this was a return visit. First night wasn't so good. The hotel had shut down the air conditioning for the winter season. We were given a top floor room with a balcony. Even with the patio door open all night, the room didn't cool and stayed at 23 Deg C. Way too warm for us to sleep, plus the outside noise too. "Spectacular! Impeccable service! Beautiful room with gorgeous courtyard view from balcony. Loved every moment spent here. The Christmas tree was breathtaking. But where my heart skipped a beat was when the children from Jerez came into the lobby and were greeted by the Magi ( 3 Kings celebrated here), it took me back to my childhood. This converted palace is a must visit even if you don't stay here. We loved it!"

"Very nice stay overall - location was central and popular. Room was a decent size, but musty and smelled bad (cleared up when we opened the windows but came back when we closed them again), breakfast was on order and decent, roof deck has a lovely viewing terrace, parking was distant and arriving to the location was a challenge, came for Tio Pepe but the entrance is actually a 5-10 minute walk around the block to get there."

"The location was good but there was a wedding so the noise started from 12 00 to 23 30 non stop. Then on Monday there were noise of work building at an early hour so i struggled with this. The keys didnt work several times so going to the ither building ( the hotel hast 2 parts) and try to fix the keys is a pain... The spanish bar beside called "a bocados" is 5 stars."
