"Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and nice room and facilities. Due to lots of road work (at no fault of hotel) it was a bit hard to find (got rerouted). Breakfast was nice. Top floor restaurant closed (had gotten info beforehand) and not a ton of dinner options within walking distance. Kooperativet was fun for lunch. "

It was a good huge bigger > my room-size of breakfast display; in rush of catching my train, the server give me a to-go bag. Isra the front receptionist is unbelievable, she helped me to call my Stockholm hotel for my left behind passport. Melanie, the mgr is very nice and friendly to provide me with direction for train office (trying to return to Stockholm for my passport) Thank you Isra ! You r the BEST ! And, she deserves a pay-raise 💕"
