"When we got to our room it smelled of fresh cigarette smoke. A maid came and sprayed and indicated that we’d now be ok. I guess we were as the hotel was full and we knew they couldn’t move us. We’ve been coming here for 40 years and it’s sorta lost its touch in an effort to cater to the masses"

"Amazing hotel! Quality and service. We stayed in a family room and I couldn’t recommend it more! Separate parents and kids space but all in one room, also got a portacot for the baby and we were very comfortable. Amenities good and everything was awesome. Had a fabulous stay. Thank you!"

"As they were going through renovations, I was upgraded to their best room (which you can see that room type advertised on their website). I was quite surprise that the renovations didn’t generate a lot of noises as I originally worried. The location was quiet too. Just a bit walking took me to MTR (subway) station. Perhaps the only recommendation would be to make the bathroom a little bigger. I understand the hotel tried to maximize the room space to make it comfort for three people (and the room size is indeed comfortable for three people). However, it would be good to have more space to put some personal items like shaver. Also a place to hang towels. Otherwise, the hotel is highly recommended."
