"A good hotel. The rooms are nice, itโs in a safe area with some decent options nearby, and itโs located very close to both a metro & major bus stop. It also offers interesting amenities for "couples".
Really the only things are that: 1) The hallways outside the rooms lack air conditioning, meaning that if itโs hot you feel it as soon as you step outside your room; and 2) There is only one small elevator to go up and down.
Otherwise, perfectly fine hotel if you're looking for a place to stay in...

"Loved our stay here. Very helpful staff, the pool was nice though the hot-tub was tepid at best. Gym was nice to have, laundry was great, room was huge and super clean, all the staff was super helpful."
"Stayed here during the summer for about a week with my girlfriend. The hotel is in a good location close to a lot of touristy spots. Service was great and (mostly) speaks English. Our room was cozy and had a great view of the city. They gave us the choice of either a view of the temple with a bathtub or a view of the city with just a shower. They have buffets at each meal time, which is convenient, and the food is just fine.
Some complaints are that the fitness center is kind of small with just a few machines and some treadmills if that's important. They also don't have anywhere to refill water bottles, and they only give you two water bottles a day, but you can run down to the service desk and get more. They do also have a laundry room, but I wouldn't recommend it. They only have two old washing machines and one dryer. If someone is using the dryer, then good luck, and the dryer does not do a great job of drying your clothes. There is a laundromat a five minute walk away though.
I've seen some people complain about the air conditioning not working. Even during the hottest days in the summer, the room was always cool and comfortable. When checking in, the service desk did inform us that they gave us an extra key card, which you need to keep slotted in the room for the AC to work, so some people might have not realized that."
"The staff were so friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel had a cafe, restaurant, and laundry facilities. There were many coffee shops, convenient stores, and restaurants nearby. Bus stops and train stations are also close. I highly recommend this hotel!!"
"Overall it was great! I was a bit disappointed when we first arrived because the place was small and little walking space and the carpet inside the room is old. But the staff were just amazing and gave us great service. The sheets and bedding were so luxurious feeling which made up for some of the disappointment but overall the responsive as of housekeeping, the front staff, and security downstairs made up for it. It was also so nice to have a laundry machine there. It is a little bit of a walk to the main Myeongdong shopping but very doable. Itโs also conveniently located by angelinus which has good cafe drinks and breads and also a 7 eleven. Overall we were happy. They accommodated us late check out also. "
