Watch world-class surfers ride the waves while dolphins frolic in their wake. Enjoy seasonal whale watching right from your lanai and get a close up view of the giant sea turtles that come up on shore to sun themselves! (No touching though!)

Spectacular Ocean Views
Nothing beats being right on the ocean with complete privacy for sunsets and sunrises! What a beautiful view. This space had everything we needed and Holly was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent location and close to downtown and everything. I would lounge on the balcony and watch the surfers, and we were lucky enough to watch the turtles as well!

Great unit with an unmatched view!
This is a GREAT place to stay in the Kona area! The check-in process was extremely easy. The unit was well-stocked with plenty of towels, kitchenware, and anything you could need. The A/C in the living room works very well throughout the unit. There is some very minor rust on some of the metal (e.g. towel racks) but that's part of the territory when the lanai is literally a few feet from the ocean. You can hear the waves while you sleep. It really is an incredible view and you'd be hard-pressed to find another unit as nice in the area. We highly recommend it!

Beautiful Hale and amazing location!
The home was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed (and more!). We loved sitting on the lanai eating breakfast and watching the surfers catch waves. The weather in Kona was warm, but we never needed the AC, and we slept with the lanai doors open and listened to the waves crash. Location was the perfect distance from downtown. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to big island.

This lanai made the vacation!
I can't say enough about this beautiful condo. The design makes cohabitating with friends and family very easy. The views! Turtles, fish, surfers, snorklers, canoes and cruise ships, sunsets, always something amazing waiting on this lanai. There are fans in every room and a lovely breeze from the ocean. The condo is well appointed. We wanted for nothing.

Holly was great and accommodating. Unit was fairly priced, clean and had a tremendous view (and access to Banyans surfing if you shortboard). Pool was in the shade of the buildings and the better beaches required a drive but all good, esp as the Poke Shack is next door (yumm!),. We'll be back.

Wonderful location and view
The property was just as described online, if not better. The view couldn't have been more perfect and the lanai furniture was so comfortable to enjoy the view. The house was well stocked and had all the necessity items we needed. The road-side bedroom was a little loud, but not bothersome, and was expected per the description. Our kids didn't have trouble sleeping in that room. Communication with the host was great. We'd stay here again!

Very nice condo
Beautiful setting once you enter the condo. The fans were on and the tv had Hawaiian music playing. The view of the ocean and sunsets are incredible from the balcony. Its in a great location. It has comfortable beds and pillows. Nice towels and amenities. Some of the fixtures need to be replaced as they show some rust due to the salt water but overall its clean and best of all no moldy smell like some places have near the water. We would highly recommend staying here.

A wonderful vacation.
The property was amazing, everything from the accommodations to the view. This is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at worldwide. The apartment had everything we needed and then some. Thank you for opening your home to us. If it wasn’t so expensive, we’d still be there. The rent was affordable, it was just all those ridiculous fees that were charged.
