"This was our 3rd trip to this hotel and It’s getting better each time. Our room was renovated with brand new furniture, carpet blackout curtains and bathroom fittings. Staff is extremely polite, we were welcomed by Angela. Overall we loved it! Highly recommended for families with kids. Also the Coconut market is just a 2 min short walk. Very convenient."

"Really nice place with beautiful landscaping. Only issue was a/c not working properly, and they couldn't seem to fix it. Other than that, I would recommend it, and will stay there again if I ever make it back to Kauai."

"Front desk lady were very nice and helpful. I got a nice ocean front room. It was a bit old but clean. Nice surroundings and very close to a lot of stores, bicycle trail, restaurants and food trucks. Complementary bicycles and free parking were nice. I felt like i got more free ammenities (towels, bicycle and parking) and better service than the Hilton Garden Inn we stayed after. "

"Great location near restaurants, hiking, water activities and shopping. Very quiet and not crowded which really contributed to a relaxing vacation. The small size makes it more intimate but limits amenities. Uneven staff training - valets were great, concierge was worse than useless. Paid for a special chef's dinner ($$$$) which was fun - somelier and wine were excellent, but the food fell short of expectation. Go to Merriman's instead.
