"The hotel was clean and decently maintained; however, the walls and door are extremely thin. We stayed overnight on a week day after my daughter’s surgery. She wasn’t able to rest at all due to the noise level of other guests. They were singing in the hall and their room in the middle of the night. Their behavior had nothing to do with the hotel nor the staff, it was mentioned to elaborate on my statement about the walls and door being thin."

"Late arrival for a group of 6. Had ONE room for all of us with 2 separate living areas and 2 bathrooms within the room. We only stayed for about 4 Hours due to an early early flight but there was plenty of room. Front desk Staff were nice. "

"Good value stay, clean room, lovely toiletries No response to emails and online request for information on Thanksgiving dinner, reception said just to talk to the restaurant staff to book, restaurant staff said fully booked and waitlist - fortunately the restaurant manager was able to get us a table - answering the questions before we arrived would have helped."

"the prepaid breakfast was not honored for my friend who left a pre-order menu the night before. The order did not make it to the kitchen. In fact, the woman at the counter felt no need to apologize. My friend had an 8 a.m. appt an hour and a half away so couldn't wait. When she asked if she could get coffee at least, the woman said if she didn't have breakfast she'd have to pay for the coffee. ($3-4 per cup). My friend left and had breakfast later in the morning, after he appointment."

"We had to leave early for the airport and would miss our free breakfast. This hotel had snacks and water and a shuttle that was actually 24 hour service. We had been mislead by other hotels saying they had 24 hour shuttle and when getting there we were told service ran from only certain hours. Hotel was absolutly everything we needed."

"It was easy to do the check in. The place was very quiet. There are superstores in like 3 minutes. Places to eat and gas stops nearby. Near Museums and other attractions. Great hotel! 👍👍"
