"The service at this hotel is top notch. From arrival outside to the front desk to the room to departure every aspect was premium service. The bell hops handled all of my luggage for me. Buffy at the front desk was a dream! The entire room service staff went above and beyond plus the food was delicious. I cannot say enough good things about what you pay for at this property. The only downside I would say is that I personally get hot easily and the bed would get SO hot throughout the night...

"We returned to The President because it ticks most of our boxes. It's comfortable, clean, good service, good breakfast and the location is great for our needs. Just round the corner from Russell Square tube station and some nice places to eat. It makes a great base to explore London. There is still some building work going on at the back of the hotel which can cause some noise but only through the day when you're likely to be up and about. This was the same as last years stay.
