"Property is very good and staff polite and reasonably attentive. Parking was good and location perfect for Twickenham Stadium visit but our room was very disappointing. Was for disabled guests but tired and outdated and as able bodied meant toilet too high and sink too low. Only 1 towel for 2 guests and poor tea/coffee facilities and 1 biscuit. No fridge or ice and no room service. No bath and dated shower. Bar food dry and unappealing. We left it. Think we just got the worst of everything....
