"My adult daughter and I stayed there for couple nights to go to the Great Barrier Reef. The apartment was very spacious and really suitable for a family stay at least week…. The furniture maybe a bit outdated but was still good. My only recommendation is to have coffee pods available for the coffee machine. When I’m on vacation I need my coffee in the morning and I shouldn’t have to go look where to find coffee."

"Awesome location, generous size room. Also, didn’t really appreciate the strict rules about taking your own rubbish downstairs at the end of the stay. It’s fine that there was no cleaning during stay but couldn’t the person cleaning the room at the end of the stay put the rubbish out? "Overall excellent for our 8 and 5 yr old grandkids. The water slides, splash park and lagoon were all good although we did expect a bucket at the splash park. The park was busy but the queues were very short compared to some other resorts. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The cafe was ok and we loved the happy hour each day. One negative… the aircons struggled and took a long time to cool the cabin."

"Clean enough - there was dust on top of fridge and under bed (it moved). Overall it was clean and good location. Didn’t appreciate we had to take the garbage out and put in the chute - wish it was known. Furniture was dated could use an upgrade. Better coffee instead of just powdered. Maybe a bottled waters when people arrive. And WiFi range was not great in bedroom. I would still recommend this - we were staying in some 5 star properties before getting here - hence my expectation was higher....
