"Hotel is located one block away from Hakata train station. We had a large room with city veiw. The room was comfortable but, the beds were harder than we are used too in the US. Anyways, it has friendly and professional staff and excellent location with regard to train travel and shopping and dinning options. Excellent hotel!"

"A very nice hotel. Room is not very big but somehow felt spacious, especially comparing with topical Japanese hotel rooms. The front deck lady was super nice and helpful. Breakfast has high rating, but I found was OK. Love the lobby and the wall paper in the room, which make the hotel special."

The room rates were very affordable, especially considering the outstanding service. The lobby and room design were beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!"
