"The property has stunning ocean views. Looked like every room had a balcony facing the ocean and cliff. Simply gorgeous. Staff was very kind, informative, and accommodating. Food left something to be desired, but if you're staying here, you probably rented a car and can head into town to eat in Agua de Pau or further afield to Ponta Delgada. Almost everything is good, but getting access to the apartment at the start of our visit was tricky, because there is a gated access to the car park. We had to phone the owner to let us in. "
