"The hotel was clean, and the rooms were beautiful. The staff was friendly and professional, especially the restaurant staff, who were amazing and attentive. However, the hotel was very crowded, especially the pool area, which was always packed with guests. There were no activities for adults, making it quite boring for us. "Central to Nelson Bay. Plenty of parking. Clean room, well fitted out. Fairly quiet room location but it was a lengthy walk from the lift and back to the carpark. I'm fit and healthy, but someone older may not be as happy about the walking. "
